I didn’t set out to build a method.

Later, in boardrooms and speaking rooms.

Smart people were doing their best work—and still being misunderstood.

Over time, patterns became impossible to ignore.
Certain shifts changed everything.
Certain gaps created the same breakdowns, again and again.

That’s when the pattern became undeniable.

Clarity isn’t about sounding better.
It’s about making sure no one is left out of the conversation.

    1. Although attracting more clients is the principal intention of the assessment, knowing about the four different brain types help us all when communicating with others – especially family members. It can reduce friction and arguments.
